INDY is almost ITALY

We’ll begin our day departing from 3501 N Green River Rd in Evansville and settle in for a comfortable ride north to Indianapolis.

Our first destination is Newfields, a true cultural gem set on 152 beautiful acres. Home to the Indianapolis Museum of Art, this stunning campus blends world-class galleries with breathtaking gardens and scenic outdoor spaces. You can wander through inspiring exhibits filled with masterpieces from around the globe, stroll along tree-lined paths, or relax in the serene gardens bursting with seasonal color. We’ll enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch on the grounds, surrounded by art and nature. With ample time to explore, you’ll be able to experience Newfields at your own pace and savor this peaceful retreat.

From there, we’ll make our way to the city’s scenic Central Canal for a delightful Venetian-style gondola ride. Experience a journey into the past as you glide in an authentic imported gondola being serenaded and let your imagination carry you to the romantic canals of Venice. 

After a day filled with art, gardens, music, and memorable moments, we’ll return home with wonderful memories of a delightful getaway together

DAY EXCURSION CANCELLATIONS:

There is no cancellation or refunds for Day Trips. Due to our guest counts and vendor payments, we must secure your space well in advance. If you must cancel, you may transfer your reservation and funds individually to another person (please let us know the new guest's name and information in advance). Thank you for your understanding.
